This article was published as an advertorial in a leading industry publication. While the editor made minor stylistic edits, the narrative, structure and messaging were developed by me.


Rather than promoting a product directly, the objective was to educate the market, establish credibility and position the company as a knowledgeable voice within the document management industry. Like many of the executive articles and feature stories I later produced, it reflects an early focus on thought leadership rather than traditional product marketing.
