ABOUT MY PROJECT

Trends Intelligence

I read Trends magazine every week. Every issue covers 20 to 30 companies worth knowing in Belgium: startups raising money, CEOs making moves, sectors accelerating.

I used to read it like everyone else: manually, forgot half of it by Monday, opened 15 LinkedIn tabs that went nowhere.

So I built a market intelligence system on top of every issue I own (since early 2025). It extracts companies, sectors, technologies, funding events, executive moves and strategic signals into a searchable knowledge base.

From there, I turned it into a full ABM pipeline. Company shortlists get exported straight into Clay, where both the companies and the people behind them get enriched: websites, sectors, job titles, verified emails. Clay then pushes both enriched tables directly into Attio, where they land as connected People and Company records, ready to work from.

This is the AI-native ABM stack I'm running my own job search on: Trends Intelligence for market signals, Clay for enrichment, Attio as the CRM holding it together. Not three disconnected tools. One pipeline, from a page in a magazine to a real person I can reach out to. It's also very fun!

Access is by invitation. Ask me for the code.

HOW IT WORKS

01.

Ingest

Each PDF issue is processed page by page through Claude's vision API, which reads the magazine as images and extracts structured company data.

02.

Extract

Every company mention becomes a structured record: sector, signals, people, growth indicators, career relevance score.

03.

Query

Ask anything in plain language. "Show me Belgian B2B SaaS companies with growth signals." "Which companies just changed ownership?" "Who are the CEOs I should be following?"

04.

Build the list

A shortlist exported straight from the tool becomes a CSV, ready to feed into Clay.

05.

Enrich

Clay enriches both the companies and the people inside them: verified emails, job titles, LinkedIn profiles, and growth signals layered on top of what Trends Intelligence already extracted.

06.

Sync to CRM

Enriched company and people records get pushed straight into Attio through Clay's native integration, landing as linked, ready-to-work records rather than a CSV waiting to be reimported by hand.
